Self-Defense Training Class

There will be a self-defense training class Sunday, July 10 from 2-5 in the Fellowship Hall for ages 14 and up. We can take up to 15 more people. The trainer will be Chryseis Bates, BSC alum and formerly of Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Birmingham. Let Lynne Trench know if you would like to attend. Cost is $25 per person.
